I didn’t grow up as the athletic girl. I was the one sitting on the sidelines, convinced that fitness was for other people. People who were naturally disciplined. Naturally motivated. Naturally built for it.
I spent years feeling like my body was something to fix. Trying every quick solution, every shortcut, every “30 days to a new you” promise. And every single time, I ended up right back where I started. Tired, frustrated, and a little more defeated than before.
The turning point wasn’t a dramatic moment. It was a quiet one. One morning I looked in the mirror and decided I was done fighting myself. I picked up a pair of dumbbells, put on my favorite playlist, and just moved. No goal, no plan. Just me, showing up for myself for the first time in a long time.
That was the beginning of everything.
Slowly, something shifted. Not just in my body, but in the way I carried myself. The way I spoke to myself. I wasn’t training to shrink anymore. I was training to feel alive.
Sisterhood Fit was born from that transformation. I built this space for every woman who has ever felt like fitness wasn’t made for her. Because it is. You just need someone in your corner who gets it.
